How to Convert DVD to Google Phone Format?

 

Google Nexus One, Google Nexus S, and Google Nexus Prime are the three models of Google phone. The Nexus One (codenamed HTC Passion) was Google's flagship smartphone manufactured by Taiwan's HTC Corporation. It became available on January 5, 2010 and uses the Android open source mobile operating system (Android 2.1). The Nexus S is a smartphone co-developed by Google and Samsung and manufactured by Samsung Electronics. It was the first smartphone to use the Android 2.3 "Gingerbread" operating system, and the first Android device to support Near Field Communication (NFC) in both hardware and software. The Nexus Prime is the newest Google phone made by Samsung. It is the first device to run Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).

The compatible video formats of Google phone include H.263, H.264, MPEG-4 and VP8. Though they make it very convenient for us to play back video files, they could not help us if we would like to view DVD movies through them. If you only want to convert a segment of the entire video or do not want to convert some certain segment of the video, you can use the trim function. Click button "Trim" and play the video in the Edit window. You can either drag and or click and to set the start time and the end time of the clip you want to trim out. To get rid of the black border or to zoom in some part of the scene, you can click button "Crop" and then drag the yellow frame or adjust the values in the boxes. You can also select "Full Screen", "Keep Original", "16:9" or "4:3" from the drop-down list of "Zoom Mode".

 

 

Check "Enable Watermark" and then "Text", input what you want to add in the blank. Button can help you to set the font, size, color, etc. of the text. To add picture watermark, you have to check "Picture" and click button to find the picture in your local disc.

 

 

Step 4: Click the "Start" button to start converting DVD to Google Phone format. You can check "Shut down computer when conversion completed" in the converting window.
